Job Overview
An established regional medical center in Del Rio, Texas is actively seeking a full-time General Surgeon to join a collegial surgical team. This role offers a guaranteed base salary with strong incentives and a balanced schedule of OR block time and clinic. You’ll have access to advanced laparoscopic equipment and plans for robotic surgery expansion. Call is shared at just 10 days/month and compensated at $550/day.

General Comments
Schedule: M-Thursday morning OR blocktime and afternoon clinic
Friday- AM clinic- approx. 10-13 patients and afternoon admin time
Currently 3 general surgeons on staff.
5 ORs and 1 C-Section room
Equipment: 3 new Stryker Laparoscopic towers
Currently budgeting for Da Vinci Robot
Salary : $30,000 - $425,000
