Requirements to Apply
- 5 years nursing experience in education, project management, or leadership
- 1 year in a manager/director-level role
- RN license in Florida
- BLS certification

You’ll coordinate all aspects of ANCC Pathway and Magnet journeys, collaborating with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to promote nursing excellence, shared governance, and regulatory readiness.
