Assistant Nurse Manager – Stepdown Unit (SDU)
M-F; 2:30pm-11pm
Pay Range: $47.50–$68.42/hr
Requirements to apply
- Active RN license in Connecticut or compact state
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Charge nurse or preceptor experience required
- Experience in acute care, stepdown, or progressive care settings
- BSN preferred

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily operations within a Stepdown Unit caring for medically complex patients requiring close monitoring.
