Position Overview:
- Provide comprehensive Speech and Language services to a diverse K-12 student population to help students overcome communication barriers and excel in the classroom environment.
- Lead the diagnostic process by conducting initial evaluations and re-evaluations to identify student needs and qualify them for essential services.
- Design and implement tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), working closely with educators and families to ensure measurable student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Florida Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License
- Valid FLDOE Teacher Certificate (Speech-Language Impaired)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (Preferred)
- Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates encouraged: Receive dedicated, high-quality supervision and mentorship on your path to achieving your CCCs
