Position Overview:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement individualized programs for a diverse K–12 population to improve functional performance in the educational environment.
- Participate actively in the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process, developing measurable goals and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and parents.
- Design and supervise specialized activities or environmental modifications to help students develop or maintain daily living and academic skills.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and school-based treatment plans in compliance with state and federal educational regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid California Occupational Therapist Licensed (CBOT)
- Proficiency in working with the K–12 population and the ability to adapt techniques to a classroom setting
