Job Summary:

X-ray Technologist - Charleston, South Carolina. This position involves performing radiologic procedures under the supervision of certified radiologists, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining quality imaging standards. Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 0700 to 1930, with some call and holiday responsibilities. Minimum of 36 hours per week.


• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited school of Allied Health Professionals; South Carolina Radiation Quality Standard Association (SCRQSA) Radiographer Certification; ARRT Radiography (R) Certification; BLS certification through the American Heart Association; and 0 years of experience.


• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.


• Additional Information: Responsible for safe operation of radiologic equipment, performing and teaching radiologic exams, adhering to safety standards including DHEC, FDA, TJC, OSHA, and practices in accordance with ALARA principles. Must complete annual mandatory in-services and maintain professional licensure.
