The role includes treating patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other modalities, while recording patient progress and reporting findings to the supervising physical therapist. Job Details Position Description: Under the direction and supervision of physical therapists, physical therapist assistants treat patients through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. They record patients' progress and report the results of each treatment to the physical therapist. Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: No minimum experience required; Texas license or compact license required. Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week. Submission requirements: Candidates must have 2 years PTA experience, Texas or compact license, and the documentation. Float: Float rotation may be required. Additional Information: This assignment starts on September 14, 2026, and ends on December 14, 2026, at a skilled nursing facility in Texas.
