Job Details

• Position Description: Outpatient Physical Therapist at Arizona clinics in Peoria and Surprise. This is a general outpatient contract serving a broad demographic with a mix of insurances and clinical needs.


• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license. Minimum of 1 year of experience required; new graduates will be considered based on student rotation experience.


• Schedule: Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.


• Patient Population: Adults and adolescents.


• Caseload Expectations: 55-65 visits per week; all visits are 60 minutes. Evaluations occupy a full 60-minute block, with follow-up visits scheduled for 30 minutes.


• Clinical Skills: Experience with screening and building caseload, evaluation and assessment methods including fall risk assessment and gross motor assessments.


• Specialties and Conditions: Ability to treat Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain, Fractures, Osteoarthritis, Post-Operative Care, and more.


• Dress Code: Business casual (khakis and polo shirts acceptable).


• Support: Full support staff including front office coordinator, Physical Therapist Assistant, and tech coverage.


• Additional Information: No float requirement at this time. This position offers a temp-to-permanent opportunity, with the start date on 10/12/2026 and end date on 01/09/2027.
