Job Summary:
Occupational Therapist Inpatient in Nashville, Tennessee. This position involves providing inpatient occupational therapy services in a medical facility with a focus on evaluations, therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and neuromuscular reeducation therapy. Job Details:
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 09/07/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid occupational therapist (OTR) license, National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and a minimum of 1 year of professional experience
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with inpatient settings and therapy procedures such as evaluations, therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, neuromuscular reeducation therapy, and CPT coding knowledge
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required
- Additional Information: This role involves working in a unit with 45 inpatient rehabilitation beds and 240 medical-surgical/ ICU beds. The unit utilizes Meditech Expanse for documentation and requires open availability for floating between acute care and inpatient rehabilitation treatments. Candidates should be open to working on the specified uniform dress code with no additional unit-specific policies noted.
