Job Summary:
Interventional Radiology Technician in Englewood, Colorado. This position involves providing specialized support in a fast-paced interventional radiology laboratory within a healthcare facility. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role focuses on neuro interventional procedures, including strokes, aneurysms, and Subarachnoid Hemorrhages, and ensures quality patient care under procedural supervision.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with 4 or 5 days of 10-hour shifts, and on-call requirements of 1 night per week and alternating weekends.
- Required Qualifications: Minimum 6 months current acute care hospital interventional radiology technician experience; ARRT Radiologic Technologist certification (R); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Colorado state licensure or eligibility; and at least 0 years of experience.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in neuro interventional procedures such as strokes, aneurysms, and Subarachnoid Hemorrhages; expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures with minimal guidance.
- Additional Information: Travel RNs, local certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and sitters are also available for placement. Experience with neuro interventions, including strokes, aneurysms, and subarachnoid hemorrhages, is strongly preferred. Candidates should be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and flexible to on-call duties including rotating weekends and potential holidays.
