• Additional Information: Inpatient (25%) and outpatient (75%) settings; in outpatient, a full schedule includes evaluations and treatments every 30-45 minutes, with one-hour new evaluations; mobility progression from acute to skilled nursing facilities; ability to work independently and handle diverse patient cases in rural Kauai; occasional work in obstetrics and extensive outpatient work; holiday pay is based on hours worked on specific holidays: New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
