Ultrasonographer Echo specializing in cardiac sonography is sought in Montrose, Colorado. Job Details:

• Location: Montrose, Colorado


• Schedule: Days, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a shift hours of 10 per day and a minimum of 40 hours per week


• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography (RDCS), BLS (Basic Life Support) certification on hire, and a minimum of zero years of experience. Education requirements include being RDCS registered. Candidates must bring their license on the first day.


• Preferred Qualifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is preferred.


• Additional Information: The Ultrasonographer Echo will be responsible for performing various echocardiograms and assisting physicians with transesophageal exams. The role involves maintaining equipment, managing workload fluctuations, and ensuring a safe environment for patients and staff. The position requires knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
