Overnight In Room Dining Server

We are looking for eager individuals to join our Food & Beverage team!The ideal candidates will be trained professionals that can provide top-level service, to match the level of cuisine and the quality of product we serve. Ability to read, review, enter and retrieve information from, and into a Point of Sale System, preferably Micros. Able to use a computer keyboard and mouse and telephone system. Ability to communicate both written and verbal and use systems to document activities.Visual acuity to see restaurant menus and Micros screens, take customer orders, review customer bills and smoothly navigate dining room, kitchen, and other restaurant areas.Ability to balance dishes, bend, stoop and reach to place and retrieve plates, glassware and other serving items.Can multitask with a keen sense of attention to detail to make certain tables are served and bussed properly. Demonstrates the basics of polishing, marking, spot checking and crumbing tables.Available to work a flexible schedule that can include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
