  • Perform routine checks on assigned well sites; ensure locations are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor and operate production equipment including wellheads, separation vessels, compressors, generators, pumping units, and meters.
  • Track daily fluid production, identify problems, and collaborate with foremen, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot.
  • Operate and maintain artificial lift systems.
  • Respond to spills or fluid leaks and perform corrective actions as needed.
  • Maintain clear, timely communication with the production foreman, production techs, and relief operators.
  • Adhere to all HSE guidelines and promote a culture of safety in all activities.
