What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lease Operator position at CROSBY ENERGY SERVICES?
Perform routine checks on assigned well sites; ensure locations are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Monitor and operate production equipment including wellheads, separation vessels, compressors, generators, pumping units, and meters.
Track daily fluid production, identify problems, and collaborate with foremen, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot.
Operate and maintain artificial lift systems.
Respond to spills or fluid leaks and perform corrective actions as needed.
Maintain clear, timely communication with the production foreman, production techs, and relief operators.
Adhere to all HSE guidelines and promote a culture of safety in all activities.
