Crosby Energy Services is hiring experienced Pipeline Operators to support field operations, including pigging activities, troubleshooting, and maintenance across assigned assets. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a strong focus on safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to all company policies and procedures

Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and leadership

Plan, organize, and prioritize daily work activities

Respond to on-call emergency situations as needed

Read and interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, schematics, and alignment sheets

Provide field leadership and oversight of contract crews

Troubleshoot pipeline flow issues and work with engineering and operations teams to resolve problems

Generate accurate and timely field reports for operational analysis

Participate in safety meetings and team discussions

3–5 years of oil and gas experience, including pipeline pigging operations

Experience with pig valves, conventional launchers, and receiver configurations

Ability to troubleshoot pipeline flow and operational issues
-
Working knowledge of pipeline systems, flow processes, and associated facilities
-
Experience with mobile pump equipment and pipeline cleanouts

Proficiency with Pipeline Apps, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word

Willingness to travel (60–80%) within assigned asset areas

Valid driver’s license required

Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights

Ability to walk, climb stairs/ladders, and navigate uneven terrain

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
