The Inventory Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient material movement between the warehouse, yard, and field locations. This position works closely with operations, procurement, and field teams to ensure timely delivery and availability of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems to support daily operations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock based on operational demand
- Coordinate procurement, delivery, and logistics of materials and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including catalog numbers and material descriptions
- Organize warehouse and yard areas for efficient storage, labeling, and handling
- Oversee inventory counts and ensure compliance and accuracy
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to ensure material availability
- Schedule maintenance for yard equipment (forklifts, telehandlers, etc.)
- Maintain SDS documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (SOX, COPAS)
- Review material requests and coordinate staging and delivery
- Track KPIs related to inventory and identify areas for improvement
- Support safe work practices and adhere to all HSE policies
