Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day maintenance and reliability of production and support facilities. This includes both preventative and corrective maintenance activities, coordination with service providers, and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
- Support ongoing operations to ensure facility uptime and reliability
- Review and communicate daily work status and upcoming schedules
- Coordinate with service providers and vendors as needed
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company standards
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine repairs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and work performed
- 3–5 years of maintenance experience (oil & gas preferred)
- Working knowledge of facility equipment, systems, and maintenance procedures
- Ability to perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in the field
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Must be able to work safely in a field environment
Crosby Energy Services is seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to support ongoing operations at production facilities in the Kenedy, TX area. This role is responsible for performing preventative and corrective maintenance, ensuring facility reliability, and supporting daily operational needs.
