What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Manager position at Crosby Energy Services, Inc.?
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the Permian Basin region

Leverage Crosby’s existing Master Service Agreements (MSAs) with major operators

Build and strengthen relationships with decision-makers at client organizations

Act as the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients

Address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure consistent communication

Collaborate with internal operations and field teams to deliver high-quality service

Support organic growth opportunities within current accounts

Monitor employee performance, technical skills, and customer satisfaction

Assist with personnel matters, including performance reviews and resume distribution to customers

Enforce company policies, including vehicle maintenance and cell phone usage

Assist with the movement of company vehicles for repairs when needed

Prior oilfield or oilfield services experience is required

Proven success in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the energy industry

Established network of industry contacts preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to travel locally to client offices and job sites

Organized, dependable, and responsive
This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on new business development. While maintaining excellent service for existing customers remains important, the primary mission is to expand Crosby Energy Services’ presence across West Texas by building relationships and winning new opportunities.
