Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cannabis Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis and possess the mechanical knowledge necessary to operate various hand tools effectively. As a Cannabis Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics and health of cannabis plants. This position requires a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
Please note, this position requires longer distance commuting (1hr to 1hr 30 min.) 2-3 times a week, and reliable transportation is mandatory. This position REQUIRES commuting to Lansing, Flint, Ann Arbor, and Metro Detroit. Please do not apply if you are unable to commute.

Duties
- Utilize hand tools for trimming plants.
- Trimming cannabis flower quickly and efficiently.
- Perform regular plant maintenance: defoliating cannabis plants.
- Assist in harvesting and prepping plants for extraction.
- Carry out basic gardening tasks, including transplanting plants and resetting rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools are stored properly after use.
- Monitor plant health and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Must own your own car that is reliable.
- Previous trimming experience is preferred.
- Must be reliable and punctual to work.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must own a smartphone and be able to use technology.
