We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our post-harvest team as Cannabis Trimmers and Harvesters. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities
*****Hand-trim cannabis flower with precision, ensuring product quality and consistency*****
- Assist with harvesting, bucking, drying, and curing processes as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following company and state compliance standards
- Accurately weigh, record, and package trimmed material
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols in the work environment
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older (per state cannabis regulations)
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods and perform repetitive hand motions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent trim quality
- Must pass applicable state background checks to work in the cannabis industry
- Prior trimming or cultivation experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
