We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Philadelphia, PA. The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving territory sales growth by identifying and securing new accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, executing sales strategies, and providing product knowledge to partners. Additional tasks include conducting market analysis, ensuring sales quotas are met, organizing promotional activities, and representing Crooked at industry events.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of alcohol/beverage industry trends, customer relationship management, and retail sales management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using sales tools and software for tracking and reporting sales performance
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and eagerness to drive business growth
- Previous experience in the alcohol or beverage industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
