Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards.
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders, offering recommendations, and ensuring a memorable experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies.
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and adhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Restock bar supplies as needed, including alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and other essentials.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations professionally.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining quality service.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing.
Pay: Up to $4.50 per hour
