Job Summary:
The Administrator reports to the COO and is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities, research, data entry, and other related tasks for all departments.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone and direct callers to the appropriate associate.
• Take and receive messages for various personnel.
• Ability to assist with project work that requires research, analysis, and updating of presentations.
• Ability to learn and utilize new programs as needed.
• Assist other departments with work as needed.
• Managing back in office administration
• Type accurately, prepare, and maintain accounting documents and records
• Assist with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, scanning, emailing, filing and ordering.
• Must be willing to learn and perform other duties as assigned.

- Must have experience in research, data entry, troubleshooting, editing, and writing.
