Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments while working closely with the Dispatcher
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Perform general office and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Day-to-day office support
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience required
- Office and/or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
