Responsibilities:

The schedule is Monday through Saturday, with 5 hours per day Monday through Friday and 3 hours on Saturday, for a total of 28 hours per week. This position is expected to increase to full-time hours within a couple of months after the start date.

• Provide personal care services to patients in their homes with professionalism and compassion.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals, following proper protocols.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and other health indicators.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals that meet individual dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments, therapy sessions, or errands.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and up-to-date documentation of care and services provided.
• Uphold HIPAA standards by safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in home care, senior care, or a related healthcare field is preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures and basic healthcare protocols.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent quality care.
