Overview
The Senior Product Manager owns the roadmap and delivery of MeeruAI’s core Finance and Accounting AI capabilities. This role partners with finance leaders and internal stakeholders to define high-impact problems, shape product strategy, and ship solutions that deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead discovery with Controllers, CFOs, and finance leaders to deeply understand workflows, pain points, and success metrics for Finance and Accounting AI.
· Own the roadmap for one or more product areas from problem definition through launch and iteration.
· Translate customer and business needs into clear problem statements, product requirements, and detailed user stories.
· Partner closely with Design and Engineering to scope, prioritize, and deliver high-quality product increments.
· Define and track product KPIs such as adoption, cycle time, user satisfaction, and accuracy or quality metrics.
· Work with GTM and Customer Success to support rollouts, enablement, and ongoing customer success.
· Collaborate with other PMs to ensure a cohesive experience across products and modules.
· Mentor junior PMs and analysts and contribute to product culture and best practices.
Qualifications
· 5 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS.
· Direct exposure to operational finance and accounting processes; hands-on experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
· Proven track record of owning a product area end-to-end and delivering measurable business impact.
· Strong discovery, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience partnering with cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and GTM.
· Comfort working in an early-stage, fast-changing environment.
· Experience with AI or automation in finance or accounting is a plus
Salary : $160,000 - $180,000
