Overview

The Senior Product Designer leads the design of core product experiences for MeeruAI’s Finance and Accounting AI products. This role defines UX patterns and high-impact workflows for finance teams in close partnership with Product and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

·       Lead end-to-end design for major product areas, from discovery and flow design to wireframes and high-fidelity UI.

·       Define and maintain the product’s design system and core interaction patterns.

·       Partner with PMs to translate requirements into intuitive, easy-to-use flows for non-technical finance users.

·       Run quick usability tests and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.

·       Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are implemented with high quality.

·       Create design artifacts and documentation that enable clear communication and smooth handoff.

·       Contribute to product strategy by bringing a user-centered lens to decisions.

Qualifications

·       6 years of UX or Product Design experience, including B2B or complex workflow products.

·       Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product work and systems thinking.

·       Comfort working with early-stage ambiguity and iterating quickly.

·       Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools and experience collaborating with distributed teams.

·       Experience designing for finance, analytics, or enterprise dashboards is a plus.

·       Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain design rationale to non-design stakeholders.
