The Role
As a Pest Control Technician, you are the front-line defender. You’ll be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying "mobs" (infestations), and executing a strategy to eliminate them. We are looking for someone who is part technician, part investigator, and part strategist.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect & Identify: Perform thorough inspections of homes and businesses to locate entry points and nesting areas.
- Strategic Treatment: Apply treatments safely and effectively according to state and federal regulations with company "strategy" guides.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of services performed and equipment maintained.
- Safe Handling: Safely operate a company vehicle and handle materials with a high degree of care.
Side Quests: Sales & Commissions
We believe in rewarding those who go above and beyond. While your primary mission is service, there are massive opportunities to increase your "gold" (earnings) through our commission structure:
- Identify Opportunities: Spot a yard that needs lawn care? Or a home that would benefit from a termite barrier? Recommend these "buffs" to the customer.
- Uncapped Commissions: Earn a percentage of every new service or "add-on" you sell to a client. There is no ceiling on what you can earn.
- Lead Generation: Get bonuses for bringing new "players" (customers) into the Critical Hit family.
- Retention Bonuses: Keep your route happy and healthy to earn performance-based loot.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
- The Basics: High School Diploma or GED and a clean driving record.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate crawl spaces or attics (where the rare spawns live).
- High Social Stats: You must be comfortable talking to customers and explaining the value of our services.
- Licensing: State License preferred - Certified Applicators License, or the willingness to study and pass the exam—we’ll pay for the materials!
- Background Check / MVR / Drug Testing: Able to fully pass a background check, have a clean driving record, able to pass initial drug test and random drug testing as required. This is a Safety Sensitive position

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
