What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist (PT) Traveler Outpatient Ortho - Sports Medicine position at Critical Connection, Inc.?
Travel Physical Therapist or Local Travel Physical Therapist (PT) is needed for our Outpatient Ortho Sports Med Practice treating an Active patient population. We are a quality-of-care-focused outpatient orthopedic clinic in The Villages, FL.
- $2350 Gross. $2000-$2150 net weekly (after taxes).
- Local Travel Rates: $55-$58 per hr
- First Day Health/Dental/Vision Benefits
- $200 Care Card for prescriptions, co-pays, and deductibles.
- $1200 Con Ed Package
- 40 hours per week guaranteed
- 1:1 Treatments, 60 min eval, 30 min follow-up treatments. 50-55 patient visits per week.
Requirements for the Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient Ortho Sports Med
- Masters and Doctorate of Physical Therapy (PT) from an accredited physical therapy (PT) program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
- State licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee
- At least 1 year of outpatient ortho experience. We will consider New Grads Travel Physical Therapist with 1 clinical in Outpatient.
- Current CPR Certificate
