Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Clinic (Full-Time and Part-Time positions available)
We are seeking a personable, motivated, and reliable Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient clinic team. We have full-time and part-time positions available, ideal for a PTA who enjoys helping patients restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
Position Details:
- Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy
- Schedule: Full-time (35-40 hours per week) and Part-time positions available - flexible hours, based on clinic needs
- Pay Range: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a PTA in the State of Florida
- CPR certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care
Experience:
- Outpatient orthopedic experience, however, new graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and use of assistive devices
- Comfort working with diverse patient populations, including post-surgical, sports, and general orthopedic cases
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with their individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Provide hands-on support for therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional activities
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive equipment
- Document treatments, patient progress, and observations accurately
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and regulations
