We are looking for a proactive and skilled Remote IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to users across the organization. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email or chat.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
Support and administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.
Monitor IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
Document technical issues, solutions, and procedures in a knowledge base.
Collaborate with other IT team members to support ongoing infrastructure improvements.
Requirements:
