Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Queens, NY, for a Cleaning Supervisor. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure cleaning standards are met, manage a team of cleaning staff, and maintain an organized cleaning schedule. Key responsibilities include inspecting facilities, assigning tasks, training team members, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also requires swift resolution of on-site issues and maintaining effective communication with both staff and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and conflict resolution
• Expertise in Commercial Cleaning methods, techniques, and equipment usage
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to manage team dynamics and client relationships
• Knowledge of Health & Safety protocols and compliance standards in workplace environments
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform and oversee cleaning tasks as needed
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English; bilingual abilities are a plus
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or facilities management industry
