Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Cleaning Supervisor based in Lubbock, TX. The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee daily cleaning operations, assign and monitor tasks, and ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards. Responsibilities include supervising and training cleaning staff, maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards, inspecting completed work, and managing equipment and supplies. The role also involves effective communication with clients and team members to address issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to delegate, train, and oversee a team
- Experience in Commercial Cleaning and understanding of cleaning methods, equipment, and products
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with staff and clients
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and best practices in the cleaning industry
- Ability to manage time efficiently and adapt to a dynamic schedule
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the cleaning or facilities management sector is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in cleaning or safety practices are a plus
