QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Of
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field; or equivalent professional experience plus certification in supply chain and planning (e.g. APICS, CPIM, CSCP)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Procurement and Planning teams for Cristek Anaheim
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing and planning initiatives
- Work with group and segment procurement leadership to support common supply chain initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement and material availability
- Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations and is flowed correctly to the sub-tiers
- Monitor supplier performance and manage vendor relationships
- Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or timelines
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP) to manage procurement and planning workflows
- Contribute to long-term supply chain strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Report on KPIs and departmental performance to senior leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge Of
- SAP or similar ERP systems
- Supply chain management principles in the aerospace or a similar industry
- FAR and DFAR regulations and the nature of flow down requirements
- Manufacturing of assembly, electronics, mechanical and multilayer bill of materials (BOM) is preferred
- Advanced Excel functionalities and Microsoft Office tools
- Think strategically and execute tactically
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Analyze data to make informed business decisions
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
