Job Title: Temporary Graphic Design Specialist

Job Summary: The Temporary Graphic Design Specialist is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support Crispy Cones’ marketing, community, and brand initiatives for a temporary and undetermined period of time. This role focuses on producing branded design materials for events, promotions, and weekly product offerings while ensuring strict adherence to the Crispy Cones brand book. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and able to manage multiple design requests efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design flyers for fundraisers and community events
- Design coupons and promotional materials for special events and campaigns
- Create design assets to support weekly flavor launches and promotions
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the Crispy Cones brand book and visual standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and timelines
- Prepare final design files for print and digital distribution
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Make revisions based on feedback while maintaining design quality and consistency
Knowledge
- Understanding of graphic design principles, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Knowledge of brand standards and style guide implementation
- Familiarity with digital and print production requirements
- Working knowledge of marketing and promotional design best practices
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
