Team Members are responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by preparing our signature soft-serve cones, maintaining a clean work environment, and working collaboratively with team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Prepare and serve handcrafted cones and soft-serve creations with attention to detail and presentation.
● Bake cones according to company standards.
● Interact positively with guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
● Maintain a clean and organized prep, service, and cooking area throughout the shift.
● Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
● Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as needed.
● Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
● Demonstrate flexibility by being available for day, evening, and night shifts, including Sundays.
Knowledge
● Basic understanding of food handling and safety procedures.
● Familiarity with fast-paced service environments preferred.
● Awareness of cleanliness standards in food service operations.

Minimum Qualifications
● High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
● Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry preferred, but not required.
● Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays and assist with opening and closing shifts.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 15.0 per week
