Crispy Cones is revolutionizing the soft-serve cone — freshly grilled dough cones filled with premium soft serve and topped to perfection. Every cone is handcrafted, and every guest visit should feel like something special. We're looking for a Shift Lead at our Ooltewah location to help make that happen.

What You'll Do
- Lead your shift — run opening and closing shifts and keep operations smooth from first cone to last
- Coach the team — train, motivate, and support team members so everyone succeeds
- Deliver great service — create a fun, welcoming experience for every guest, even during the busiest rushes
- Own the quality — make sure every cone meets our high standards for taste and presentation
- Keep it clean and safe — maintain an organized prep and cooking area that meets all health and safety regulations
- Solve problems on the fly — handle challenges quickly and keep service seamless
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred (food service a plus, but we'll train the right person)
- Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, and weekends (Sunday shifts required)
- Strong communication skills with guests and teammates alike
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to commute to Ooltewah, TN 37363
