We’re seeking an Estate Planning Case Manager to support clients in creating wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. You’ll draft, explain, and manage estate planning files while helping clients make some of life’s most important decisions. Estate planning experience is preferred, but we’ll train strong candidates with the right skills and mindset.

What you’ll do:

• Draft Documents: Wills, trusts, and POAs that are accurate, clear, and client-ready.
• Client Meetings: Explain differences in documents in plain English (and Spanish).
• Case-Load Management: Track estate planning files from intake to final signatures.
• Scheduling & Communication: Manage calls, follow-ups, and client updates.
• Attorney Support: Prep documents and provide updates to attorneys.
• Record Organization: Keep detailed files—because a missing signature isn’t an option.

What we’re looking for: 

• Experience:  Prior estate planning or legal drafting experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
• Research & Writing: You can brief a thorny issue in plain English—and proof your work without Grammarly holding your hand.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable in case-management platforms, MS Office, and e-filing portals.
• Soft Skills: Positive, coachable, stress-resilient, and genuinely curious about the law (clock-punchers need not apply).
• On-Site Commitment: Full-time at our El Paso office once renovations finish; brief remote training period possible.
