Schedule Options: (Fridays end at noon)
- 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and people-focused Director of Operations to oversee and optimize our firm's day-to-day operations. You will work closely with leadership to align systems, manage teams, and ensure operational excellence across administrative, client care, front desk, and marketing functions.
What You'll Do:
- Workflow & Systems Alignment: Ensure consistent workflows and effective communication across all departments.
- Financial Oversight & Budget Planning: Manage bookkeeping, payroll, vendor payments, budgeting, and reporting alongside our CPA partner.
- Team Leadership: Lead administrative and client-facing teams, set performance expectations, provide feedback, and foster a culture of accountability.
- HR & Staff Operations: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and offboarding through external HR partners.
- KPI Tracking & Dashboards: Design and maintain dashboards to track client pipeline, case progress, financial goals, and staff performance.
- Issue Resolution & Staff Support: Address internal bottlenecks and client escalations, resolving day-to-day challenges before they reach leadership.
- Systems & Vendor Oversight: Manage IT, QuickBooks, Zoom, and case management tools, recommending and implementing improvements.
- Strategic Implementation: Partner with leadership to translate firm vision into actionable plans and ensure initiatives stay on track.
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of operations leadership experience, preferably in professional services or a legal environment. Director of Operations, COO, or Firm Administrator experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with legal services, estate planning, or elder law is a strong advantage, though not required.
- Excellent emotional intelligence and communication skills—able to hold team members accountable with empathy.
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and skilled at identifying inefficiencies and building systems.
- Comfortable with case management software (e.g., MyCase), QuickBooks, HR platforms, and Microsoft Office.
- Collaborative leadership style; able to observe, respect existing systems, and implement improvements thoughtfully.
