About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our personal injury team. This position is perfect for someone who can manage a high-volume caseload, communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, and keep cases moving efficiently toward successful resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Oversight: Manage cases from intake through closure, ensuring deadlines are met and files are accurate and complete.
- Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and guidance with empathy and professionalism.
- Insurance & Medical Coordination: Communicate with insurance adjusters and medical providers, request records, and monitor treatment progress.
- Document Preparation: Draft demand letters, correspondence, and other legal documents as needed.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues, resolve delays, and assist attorneys with strategy and case execution.
- Financial Management: Support case-related financial tasks, including bills and settlement disbursements.
Performance Metrics
- Regular client check-ins at least every 30 days.
- Timely collection of medical records and billing documents.
- Efficient and accurate preparation of demand packages.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in personal injury case management or a related legal environment.
- Comfortable using FileVine (or similar CRM), GSuite, and Microsoft 365.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
