One of our clients is seeking an Accounting Specialist to join their growing team on-site in Florida. What You’ll Do:
- Manage the full billing cycle — from invoicing and payments to reconciliations and month-end close
- Ensure trust accounting accuracy and compliance with established standards
- Support attorneys and leadership by aligning billing with case progress and client milestones
- Help design and maintain streamlined accounting workflows and reporting tools
- Assist in system migrations and integrations between Clio and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve accounting processes and resolve issues quickly
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping (legal experience preferred but not required)
- Hands-on experience with Clio and QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of billing workflows, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail, consistency, and accountability
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with financial data and integrations
- Organized, proactive, and eager to contribute to continuous improvement
