Job Summary
The Outreach Integration Lead will be responsible for supporting and implementing health information exchange activities across CRISP clients. The team member will be assisting with technical integration efforts of CRISP products and services for CRISP MD with existing and future clients. This role will require coordination and partnership across various teams, as well as with external vendors and stakeholders. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to play a major role in the HIT-enabled transformation of healthcare.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Define efficient integration workflow and documented processes for faster deployments of CRISP participants from contract signature to go-live
- Ensure integrations are moving forward, identify blockers, and find solutions to work through blockers
- Develop relationships with EHR vendors to ensure proper traction and communication
- Develop processes to ensure CRISP participants go-live with a fully functional, high quality and validated suite of CRISP products
- Prepare and deliver materials and presentations to internal leadership and external stakeholders
- Work with CSS to develop dashboards and reporting tools that accurately detail integration status of all contracted CRISP participants
- Identify, evaluate, and manage areas requiring process improvement such as patient panels, HIE admin tasks, data quality, go-live communications, etc.
- Understand implications of policy on projects and agreements/policy changes needed in place
- Ensure that data integration process is seamless and efficient for all CRISP participants

Required Skills
- Strong project management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Deep knowledge of healthcare data types – ADT, CCDA, ORU, LAB, TRN, etc.
- Experience integrating with EHR vendors and provider IT organizations
- Ability to track and deliver on-time statewide integration programs
- Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to gather requirements and manage multiple priorities with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to operate both within a team and as an independent contributor
- A desire to be great and a track record of setting and achieving goals is required
Preferred Skills
- Experience with program management and administration, PMO certification
- Basic understanding of health information technology and/or health information exchange
- Business analysis experience
- Experience in public health or heath care
Experience and/or Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- 4 years of project management experience
- 3 years of working in healthcare interoperability with HIEs, healthcare providers, or the EHR vendor community
- Technical integration experience a plus
Compensations and Benefits Package
- Targeted base salary: $90,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, plus benefits and bonuses.
- Benefits include the following but are not limited to health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance. CSS also has a 403(b) plan with discretionary employer match and contributions. You will be eligible for 20 days of Paid Time Off per year (accrued in accordance with CSS’s policies). PTO is in addition to 8 company designated holidays. If you are not PTO eligible, you may be eligible for applicable state and/or local sick and safe leave in accordance with the provisions of any applicable state and/or local sick and safe leave laws.

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
