What You'll Do:
As a Service Lead, you’ll be at the heart of daily operations — ensuring guests enjoy a flawless experience from the front to the back of house. You’ll mentor, coach, and elevate your team (#CRISPCrew), all while growing your leadership skills in a company that loves to promote from within.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Leading daily operations with energy and purpose
- Mentoring and developing team members to grow and shine
- Recognizing rockstars and coaching up low performers
- Creating a warm, memorable guest experience — every time
- Communicating updates with clarity and excitement
- Driving sales and managing labor costs
- Living and breathing the CRISP & GREEN® values on and off the floor
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
- 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
- 3 years in customer service
- Part Time or Full-time availability (30-40hours/week)
- Can lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet in a fast-paced setting
- Passion for healthy living and team leadership
- Nights and Weekend Availability is a must!
Preferred:
- Management experience in the restaurant industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ambition to grow within CRISP & GREEN®
