What You’ll Do
- Coordinate initial and ongoing clinical trainings, working closely with the Clinical Training Manager
- Schedule training sessions, manage calendars, and communicate clearly with trainers, participants, and departments
- Support the development and upkeep of training materials, online resources, and learning tools
- Manage training logistics, including materials, attendance tracking, and learning management system users
- Maintain accurate training records and generate reports on participation and completion
- Support evaluation efforts by collecting feedback and helping assess training effectiveness
- Ensure trainings are accessible and well-run across in-person, virtual, and blended formats
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, HR, organizational development, or a related field—or equivalent experience
- Experience coordinating projects, programs, or trainings
- Comfort using learning management systems, virtual training platforms, and Microsoft 365
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- A collaborative, flexible approach and the ability to juggle changing priorities
- Schedule: 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours per week)
- Pay: $22.69 per hour
- Status: Non-exempt, union-represented position (OPEIU Local 8)
- Reports to: Clinical Training Manager
