In this role, you will guide applicants through the leasing process with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service while showcasing everything that makes Crimson Villas a great place to live. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and enjoys helping people find their perfect home.
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and provide engaging tours of Crimson Villas apartments and community amenities.
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through lease signing, ensuring all paperwork and documentation are accurate and complete.
- Promote available apartments through online marketing, social media, outreach efforts, and resident referrals.
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Build positive relationships with current and prospective residents to support resident satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain organized records of applications, leases, traffic, and leasing activity using property management software.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff and team members to ensure apartments are move-in ready and resident concerns are addressed promptly.
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitive pricing to help maintain occupancy goals.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, leasing, or property management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing procedures preferred.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
