Job Description:
As an RBT, you’ll provide 1:1 and small group Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their home under the supervision of a BCBA. You’ll support skill-building in areas like communication, emotional regulation, social interaction, and daily living skills—all while making a real impact, every day.

- Be a positive role model and build real connections with residents
- Help children, teens and young adults work toward their treatment goals
- Jump in with daily routines— chores, activities, groups, and more
- Go on outings, community events, or just get out of the home for a while!
- Support emotional regulation and safety with compassion and calmness
- Document what you see, hear, and experience—your observations matter!

Education:
Required: High school diploma / 6-12 months experience working with individuals with either autism, oppositional defiance or conduct disorder.
Preferred: Associates Degree, training and knowledge of behavior analysis, Bachelor’s degree in sociology, psychology, social work, or human services, or any other field relevant to care or services to individuals with behavioral and/or mental health challenges
