We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Customer Service Representative Duties:
- Speak with customers on a one-on-one basis to help them find the services that best meet their needs
- Assisting customers with product information and ordering
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Upselling products throughout customer interactions
- Processing sales transactions
Customer Service Representative Candidate Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to commute to the DFW area on a daily basis
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work well in a team environment
