Job Purpose:
- Hire, coach, train, and manage a small team of employees through the use of daily observation forms, monthly one on one meetings, and on the spot redirect coaching.
- Achieve monthly sales quota by using cross selling techniques for wireless phones, accessories, service plans, and features.
- Retain customers by provide outstanding customer service to new and existing customers in both sales and service transactions.
- Complete operational duties assigned to you accurately and within required time frames.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Weekend availability required.

Starting pay is hourly plus daily commission and monthly bonus opportunities. Additional spiff opportunities throughout the year
