- Support inventory management through stocking, merchandising, and inventory checks to ensure product availability
- Bilingual fluency in English and another language to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Previous retail sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain products and handle customer questions confidently
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Knowledge of grocery store operations or familiarity with retail environments is a plus
