Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business needs.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks; provide contingency planning to keep initiatives on track.
- Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams (clinical, administrative, property management, etc.) and external partners.
- Ensure smooth launches and transitions for new programs, initiatives, and process improvements.
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and financial resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects meet CRi standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Track performance against KPIs, timelines, and budgets; address scope creep proactively.
- Maintain accurate documentation and deliver timely status updates to leadership.
- Conduct post-project reviews, evaluate outcomes, and recommend process enhancements.
- Support organizational growth through innovation, corrective action planning, and ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; minimum of 5 years of progressive project management experience.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Nonprofit, healthcare, or human services sector experience is highly valued.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence at all levels.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 and project management software.
- Strong presentation, budgeting, and reporting skills.
- Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Willingness to travel frequently within VA/DC/MD.
